The General Conditions described below regulate the purchase conditions of all the products offered in the MagicFabrics online store.
Users who make purchases at www.magicfabrics.es fully accept the General Conditions described in this document.
PRICES
The prices indicated on each MagicFabrics product are VAT included, any change in the VAT rate will be applied automatically to all products for sale.
The prices and conditions of sale are purely informative and may be modified in response to market fluctuations.
The confirmation of the order implies the agreement on the part of the client, with the price and conditions of sale offered at that precise moment.
The price indicated in the product advertisement corresponds to the 25 cm unit, the price per meter is specified within the product page, specifically at the end of the product description.
Fabrics are sold in 25cm increments , so 1 unit corresponds to 25cm, 2 units to 50cm, 3 units to 75cm, 4 units to 1 meter, 5 units to 1.25m, 6 units to 1.5m and so on. Selected units of the same fabric will be shipped cut in one piece.

Payment by bank transfer* implies that the order will only be considered valid after receiving the payment confirmation, which will delay the order delivery for a few days. Orders that are not paid within 7 days will be automatically canceled. To expedite shipping, you can send us proof of payment to the email: info@magicfabrics.es
If you are not satisfied with your order, before making any return, contact us via email info@magicfabrics.es You have a period of 20 business days from the date of receipt of the order, to return it. In any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition. Once we receive the package and check that everything is correct, we commit to pay the corresponding amount within a period of 15 days.
The shipping costs will be paid by the customer, except when the merchandise is defective or does not correspond to what is requested in the order.
